We use it to respond to inquiries, maintain our buyer list, and match investment opportunities. Favorites are stored locally in your browser. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the website.

How information is used and shared

We use service providers for website hosting, secure record storage, and communications. They may process information only to provide these services. We may disclose information as required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own purposes. Limited access by providers delivering our text message service is permitted only to operate that service.

Joining the cash buyers list does not grant SMS consent. Any future True Blue Deal Alerts enrollment requires separate, express, voluntary consent. Retention and your choices

Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. Clear browser storage to remove saved favorites. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
